It varies, but most projects take 2-4 weeks. We’ll nail down a timeline during our initial chat.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
I work closely with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction. If issues arise, we’ll revise until you’re happy with the result.
Can you work with my brand guidelines?
Absolutely. I’m comfortable working within established brand guidelines or creating new ones if needed.
What if I need changes after the project is done?
I offer a grace period for minor tweaks. For larger changes, we can discuss a maintenance package.
Do you handle website development too?
I no longer offer development services. My focus is on design, but I can refer trusted developers if needed.
How do you handle project payments?
50% deposit to start, with the remainder due upon project completion. For longer projects, we can set up milestone payments.
